What services does BMW Roadside Assistance offer?

BMW Roadside Assistance includes, but is not limited to the following helpful services:

  • Battery jump starts
  • Delivery of fuel.
  • Tire changes
  • Lock-out services

If your vehicle is disabled due to mechanical issues, hazard damage, or accident, BMW Roadside Assistance will provide towing service to the nearest authorised BMW Centre.

BMW Roadside Assistance is provided 3 years free of charge for customers who buy BMW cars distributed by THACO with warranty registration from 01 Mar 2021.

Customers who have purchased BMW cars distributed by THACO before the date of 01 Mar 2021 can buy this service package at BMW Authorised Service Centre.
