As an owner of a new BMW, you can naturally expect the highest quality standards and reliability. In the rare case something may occur with your car, your BMW Warranty comprehensively protects you against any unexpected repair costs (except for wearing parts) for up to 3 years.
In addition to the new vehicle warranty, BMW provides you with an extended warranty for the high-voltage battery. It protects you from unexpected costs due to defined material defects, such as battery failure, and, in the case of selected fully-electric BMW models, from excessive loss of battery capacity. Depending on the vehicle, the extended warranty is valid for up to 8 years or up to a maximum mileage of 160,000 kilometers (whichever comes first):
