Job Title:
Customer Relation Management Executive (CRM Executive)
Reporting to:
Marketing & Communications Manager
Supervises:
On-site team leader, CRM team
Aim of Position:
• To reinforce relationships with existing and potential customers in order to increase customer loyalty and to prospect new customers.
• To ensure that CRM targets as defined by the manager are reached based on planning, budgeting, preparing and conducting adequate measures
Detailed Job Description:
1) Develop CRM Plan:
• Implement and develop CRM plan according to the campaigns of the company (free valet parking, handover processes, BMW card, Customer Satisfaction)
• Liaise with BMW Asia for benchmarking and expertise support
2) Handle customer complaints & standardize processes:
• Record customer complaints in a comprehensive manner and pass them on to the relevant departments
• Prepare and standardize necessary processes and inform related departments
3) Update prospective buyer and customer files:
• Check that existing data are up-to-date and complete; correct and supplement the data
• Make routine contact with new car customers as approved by the Manager
• Research customer interests and needs upon request
• Pass customer requests on to the sales staff as approved by the Manager
• Perform regularly follow-ups of addresses that have already been contacted
• Collect customer requests from the Website, update and forward to respective departments and reply in an appropriately and timely manner
4) Retail marketing support:
• Determine relevant customer data that is suitable for a specific company campaign and provide detailed input
• Cooperate with event coordinator to receive necessary reports
5) Customer gifts/ card & CRM program:
• Initiate and process customer gifts/ card and control the stock
• Cooperate with event coordinator to initiate order process of items related to CRM
6) Administration & Reporting:
• Check contracts, payments related to CRM
• Prepare necessary reports on CRM and time shifts for the CRM team
Requirements:
• Personal Characteristics: Self confident, friendly, outgoing, reliable, flexible, communicative
• Soft Skills: Rhetoric & conversation skills, flexible approach, precise working attitude, ability to cope with stress, good coordination and communication skills
• Work Experience: Specialist in data processing and customer care, background in Communications/Marketing, Experienced in advertising and market research, IT skills (especially MS Visio)
